Puerto Rico Medicaid Office Under A Slow Clock

I’ve been sitting at the local Medicaid office since 10:30am. It is now 12:25pm. My neighbors have an appointment at 11am today. It seems that the current situation in Puerto Rico is affecting us already. The waiting area has about 20 people waiting to be seen. Do we have less public employees working? Are the computer systems outdated? All we know at this point is that time is not on our side.

Maybe my neighbors will be called after 1pm today. Let’s see what happens next. Medicaid office is under a slow clock!
