It’s hard to determine the best way to fall asleep. In my case, I wake up at 4am. Spending the day doing all sorts of things but once night falls, the biological clock keeps ticking away. This leaves me feeling tired but with thoughts running wild.
Shutting off the lights, the computer, television, cellphone, does not change anything at all. I break nights even without any work to get done. It’s a continuous cycle.
Can you believe that I actually fall asleep at 2am and wake up at 4am?
It’s crazy but I do take naps during the day in order to buy time. It’s the weekend and I’m ready to keep going here. Right now it is 12:55am and I’m actually wide awake.
It is time for me to hit the pillow!!
