AEE (Autoridad Energia Electrica) – Lights On During The Day

So this morning I head out into town, running my usual errands. When I get off the bus I notice a street lamp and it was on. I suppose that these lights are shut off during the day. During my observation, I did not see any type of work being done in the area. So why are the lights on? Here is the proof that I took at 11Am today.

There has to be a clear explanation for this because this Company (AEE) in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, likes to boost the energy cost to the public as well as shut off service without any regards of sick people or food that can get destroyed. Not to mention the fact that electrical equipment gets damaged as well when they shut service and returns it. This light was on at the bus station in Bayamon, Puerto Rico.
