What a long weekend, looking forward to Monday as a new week starts. I have been meditating this week as part of my new routine to clean my mind. I am re-booting my thoughts as I sit and meditate. There are a few good meditation videos on Youtube that will leave you in a trance. Sitting for 30 minutes alone with my headset on and Youtube running, does cure the tension associated with everyday stress.
