The day has finally arrived. I have reached my goal of the 7 day Challenge. It has been a long week, with so many things happening. As I reach the end of this challenge, it has tought me so much. Like keeping a tight schedule and pushing away negative feelings.
Today I will be looking into the world of “Anxiety”. Which so many people suffer from and can cause an effect on the rest of our bodies daily function. It’s early, it is time for breakfast, the most important meal of the day.
As the day starts, we begin to have our minds wonder in all directions that will cause everyone to have those anxiety buttons pushed to a limit. Take two deep breaths and relax.
Well, im headed to the kitchen, my body needs an energy boost.
